Pistachio cream overnight oats 💚
This is my fave breakfast & we’re hitting our protein goals 🤝🏼
Save for recipe:
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup almond milk
⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp pistachio cream
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla + pinch of salt
mix milk + protein powder first so it’s smooth, then add everything else + stir well
Fridge overnight (or at least 4 hrs)
In the morning : top with crushed pistachios + a drizzle of pistachio cream 😮💨 So good!
