Happy National Doctor’s Day to my favorite physicians, dr.marvinksmith & Summer, MD! 👨🏿‍⚕️🦴⚒️👩🏽‍⚕️ In honor of National Doctor’s Day, I had to look back on the day Summer had the chance to observe her dad perform surgery—one of our most cherished memories to date. 🥼 From the moment we arrived, my 4yo was locked in. Marvin walked her through everything—from the instruments and anatomy to the flow of the procedure—and she listened with the focus of someone 5x her age. ⚒️ She stood there soaking in the 30-min procedure, asking questions, and even pointing out parts of the anatomy on the screen that Daddy had just reviewed with her.
