dr.marvinksmith found a restaurant he wanted us to try, and little gestures like this go a long way. It’s nice to have a few hours to sit next to each other, chat without interruption, and reconnect a bit. We throughly enjoyed the food and vibes at blusteakhouse. My turn to find a new spot next!
Something we do on dates that might be a bit out of the ordinary is talk about our kids. I know a lot of couples who intentionally do not talk about their kids on date night, and I completely get it. We do—but not logistics or “to-dos.” We like to catch up on the moments we may have missed.
