Kylie Jensen, of Alpine Bank Delta, is in year three of what is sure to be an illustrious career. She started as a teller, then became a customer service representative and has now been promoted to operations supervisor, a long-held goal of hers. Not only is she a dedicated employee, she’s also a devoted mother of two toddlers. She worked through the entire pandemic without missing a day, outside of scheduled time off. In an environment that has experienced significant turnover, like so many other businesses have in the past couple of years, Kylie’s manager says she has been the one true constant in the workplace. “I knew when I got the phone call that I got the job at Alpine Bank I wanted more than just a job, I wanted a career,” says Kylie. “I wanted a place to work my way up to a higher level, and hopefully a workplace to retire from one day.
