Lexi Tapia, a four-year employee of Alpine Bank, works full time in the Communications Center as a customer consultant, and simultaneously takes a full college course load. She’s proud to be able to help her coworkers, and her community, through various volunteer opportunities she participates in as well. “My biggest accomplishment so far has been influencing others in my community to be better people and show kindness, because you never know what others are going through in their lives,” says Lexi. “Empowering others to be kind has helped me, in turn, to be a better and kinder person.
