Cara Haugen is the retail business banker for Alpine Bank Snowmass. She’s a dedicated team member at the branch, and also a devoted supporter of Challenge Aspen, a nonprofit organization that creates opportunities for individuals with disabilities. “I joined the Challenge Aspen Marathon Team in 2009. I have run a marathon, several half marathons and one 10K, all while raising money for this organization that provides recreational opportunities for people with disabilities,” says Cara. “I am always challenged while training for these races but it doesn't compare to the challenges faced by participants in Challenge Aspen programs such as skiing, horseback riding and rafting.
