Melissa Byrnes serves customers and employees at Alpine Bank Montrose as an operation specialist. This single working mother has been the bank for five years. She appreciates the flexibility in her role. “A personal accomplishment for me would be raising my exceptional ten-year-old, Emmett, as a single mom. I also volunteer at his school when I can, and have been nominated to be the treasurer of the Parent Teacher Connection,” says Melissa. “As for my proudest professional accomplishment, I’ve recently been promoted to operation specialist. I have worked very hard to get where I am now, and I enjoy I what I do.
