Erin Earley is an executive assistant at Alpine Bank Aspen. She’s been with Alpine for six years, and is highly motivated to both finish her college degree and continue to perform at a high level professionally. “After the COVID-19 pandemic began, I had a lot of time to think about my future; what I wanted and how I was going to get there,” says Erin. “I decided the big first step in accomplishing my career goals was to go back to school to finish my college degree. I've now been enrolled at Colorado Mountain College for over a year and have really been enjoying being back in a learning environment.
