Li McBrayer, operations supervisor at Alpine Bank Carbondale, brings a steady and cheerful presence to the branch that pervades the entire building. This working mom has spent a decade-and-a-half at this location. “In May I will be celebrating 15 years with Alpine! I applied because I thought being a teller could be fun. I started as a teller and worked my way up to a customer service rep and now operations supervisor. I love my current role more than I thought I would. Some days are more challenging than others but I'm so grateful for an amazing support system and I've been fortunate to be in Carbondale my whole career,” says Li. “On a personal level I became a mom to an amazing little girl October of 2020.
