Rosa Santiago is the operations supervisor at Alpine Bank Rifle. She’s a working mom and grandmother who always manages to see the sunny side of life, despite its significant demands. “I have three wonderful children and one granddaughter. I have enjoyed working for Alpine Bank for twelve-and-a-half years, helping our customers and community and staff members grow,” says Rosa. “Working through the pandemic was very interesting due to things changing rapidly. I learned that no matter what was going on, staying positive was the only way to navigate through these crazy times. I am grateful I work with such an amazing team, and a company that has been positive and willing to work hard with me.
