Blissfully Drowning Being blissfully ignorant does not mean we should ignore vital information. Rather, it is a way to step away from the information-collection that often only leads to needless confusion - ultimately negatively impacting our life and-or performance; and instead allow for the necessary gestation time for information to be synthesized with that which we already understand. Our goal as coaches is to better identify what is *vital information*, and organize our training such that we do not needlessly overwhelm at the wrong time. As discussed, performing a skill with no expectations can allow for increased fluidity - increased PEACE - as our blissful ignorance prevents us from having any preconceived notions as to what it *should* feel like. Occasionally, though, it is good to feel like we are drowning in information. It lets us know that the task is difficult - that we cannot not take our situation for granted.
