Today, one of our employees is celebrating a career milestone. Branch Supervisor, Barb Flynt, is celebrating 15 years of working for #FirstBank! Barb began her career in 2001 as a #Teller at the 42nd & Washington Street branch in Palm Desert, California. She was quick to pick up the skills needed to be an all-star Teller and was rewarded with a promotion to Teller Supervisor. Barb decided to transfer to our location at Highway 111 & Monterey for the next three years before changing locations once again to take on a new role as Branch #Supervisor. Barb has worked at all but one of our five locations in the #PalmDesert in her 15 year career. We’re fortunate to have her and Barb’s co-workers have nothing but positive things to say about her. Join us in congratulating Barb on this impressive milestone! 👏🏻👏🏻
