We want to give a huge thank you to our hero, Jason Simmers, from our team in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. While Jason was operating a garbage truck on a cold, windy day, he spotted a container that appeared to have blown over and rolled down the driveway. When Jason got out to collect the container, he found a 96-year-old woman who had fallen while attempting to bring the container out. Jason immediately returned to his truck and called 911. He then grabbed an extra coat to keep her warm while the ambulance arrived. The following week her daughter called to thank Jason.
