A huge thank you to Jon Mcdonald, Billy Baker, and Donnie Boris for their incredible acts of heroism. While returning to our location in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Jon McDonald saw a vehicle partially on fire. He jumped into gear, called his teammate, Billy Baker, and asked him to bring fire extinguishers. When Jon got closer to the vehicle, through the thick smoke, he found an unresponsive elderly woman. He requested someone on the scene call 911 and asked another bystander to help him pry the door open. Soon after, Billy and Donnie Boris arrived with fire extinguishers. They stayed on the scene and remained calm while following directions. Emergency responses arrived and exported the woman to the hospital. We are #WasteConnectionsProud of all of you!
