We'd like to give a shout out to our team at Lri-Pierce County Recycling Composting and Disposal Washington. Since the pandemic started, they have taken donations, primarily in small $1 and $2 increments, at the scale houses from both customers and employees. To date, they have raised nearly $21,000, proving that doing a little really adds up. These donations have supported many local food banks across the county including Graham-South Hill, Bonney Lake Food Bank, GIG GIG Harbor Peninsula Fish Food Bank, Key Peninsula Bischoff and Food Backpacks 4 Kids, Tacoma Rescue Mission and YMCA Camp Seymour Seymour Scholars.
