On the heels of World Kindness Day, meet frontline driver Brian Willie in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, who made this customer's day with a simple act of kindness. "Hi, I wanted to let you all know I had the best experience all last week from my yard waste driver! I have a yard that I call the arboretum and as a result, I have a bin full every week. Last week, the bus forgot to pick up my son at 7 for school. I typically have my bins out, but I had to run him to school and did not have anything out at the end of the driveway. When I returned, my yard waste driver had taken the time to walk up to my bin and see if it needed to be emptied. In addition, he pulled my regular garbage can down for pick up. He did not even know I was there watching with a big smile. I really appreciated his generous heart and bringing kindness to such a difficult world today.
