🥯Everything Bagel Mayo?! …Because it seemed like a good way to use up our Bagel Chili Crunch Oil from the last video. Do you dig bagel sandwiches? I usually prefer an open face with a bagel. It was still ⛽️ though. Bagel Mayo Ingredients: - Juice of 1 lemon - 1 Tbsp Honey or Corn Syrup - 1 tsp Dijon Mustard - 1 Whole egg - 1 Egg yolk - Kosher Salt, to taste - Black Pepper, to taste - 1 cup Bagel Chili Crunch Oil (see previous vid) 1. Add all ingredients before the oil, trap the egg and yolk with an emulsion blender and blitz working your way up the jar as it thickens.
