When our Pastry Chef collaborates with a designer to elaborate Hôtel de Crillon’s yule log… Combining matthieu_carlin’s pastry expertise and victoriawilmotte’s distinctive approach visual style, the two talents have created a one-of-a-kind yule log including nostalgic flavors calling to mind beloved childhood memories. This collaboration is particularly meaningful for Victoria as she was mandated by our Artistic Director to create a set of gueridons for the Signature Suites and some pieces for our Hair Salon by David Lucas and during the hotel’s renovation. “As a designer, collaborating on Hôtel de Crillon’s Yule Log was a natural extension of my work.
