Drake returns to the Junos… with praise to Nelly Furtado and a little shade to the show itself.  👀 Drake made a virtual appearance at the 2026 Juno Awards to induct longtime friend Furtado into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, but not without a little dig at the Junos themselves. After calling her “our North Star” and celebrating her impact, the star jokingly addressed his long-standing tension with the awards show: “To the Junos, because you are honouring one of my dear friends tonight, I will spare you.” He still referenced being snubbed for ‘Take Care’ back in 2011, but quickly brought the focus back to his dear friend, Furtado.
