oh the ways I have tried to avoid doing what I know I am here to do… I have contorted myself into smaller and quieter and more palatable versions of myself…and in the process, I have done the same with my work. all because somewhere along the way I decided that what my family thinks, or my friends’ parents, or the people whose respect I worked so hard to earn would judge me. when who knows…maybe they’re the ones who need it most. but I know what I am here for. I am here to have the conversations other people are not willing to have. to bring what lives in the shadows into the light. to make you laugh and feel safe and feel so unspeakably less alone in your body, your desire, your queerness, your full, raw, beautiful life. I am certain that I am here to help you alchemize the shame around seggs, around queerness, around yearning and desire and all that’s taboo…and I am certain that I am here to help others step into the most liberated and authentically expressed versions of themselve...
