Cadbury Cream Egg Brownies
( For this batch I used 2 boxes of Ghirardelli brownie mix and baked them in a 13x9. When they come out of the oven, I just pressed the Cadbury Egg halves right into the hot Brownies... easy peasy)

1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbls vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups chocolate chips
8 Cadbury Eggs, halved lengthwise
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 9×13 pan with parchment.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add the sugar and stir to combine. Heat just until the mixture is hot, but don’t let it bubble.
