This Care Workers Recognition Month, I’m reflecting on the struggles of care workers in America who are too often overworked and underpaid. Growing up, I saw my mom care for her clients like family and work for pay that was so low she had to take other jobs just to make ends meet. Care workers provide an incredible service to our communities and deserve to be treated with the dignity they are owed. #CareCantWait
