SAFE TO EAT? People can now eat some fish caught in the Lower Hudson River for the first time in 50 years following a decline in harmful chemicals, according to the New York State Department of Health.
Officials say testing found lower levels of PCBs in certain species, including striped bass, leading to updated consumption advisories.
