'PINK COCAINE:' Two men were arrested on drug charges after Fairfield police said they found a pink powdery substance known as “pink cocaine” during a traffic stop. Authorities said officers found a bag containing about an ounce of the pink powdery substance, along with a scale and small clear baggies.
