It's a pretty humbling experience to be named to the @dyerscup final 16 along some of the people who inspired and encouraged me to begin dyeing. All 15 are extremely talented and I can't wait to get these challenges rolling so I can see what they pump out. This talent pool is so ridiculous that I honestly have no expectations going into this tournament. My only hope is that I can push myself and maybe create some cool work. While I am stoked to get to compete with all 15 other dyers, a special set of shout outs goes to my fellow NC guy @allstrungoutlax, one of my very first follows on IG @secondcitystrings, and two people I have really gotten to know because of laxcon - @cruzworldcustoms and @laxtractive. I am stoked to have some good friends in the competition with me and I know that they are going to absolutely kill it. Thanks for the support. I am looking forward to the #dyerscup
