Leaders / managers - Lean in more in the early days, by day 30 if you realize you made a mistake hiring, lean in even more and have a real honest and empathetic convo with the employees on what you see and what you are gonna do to make it better and ask what they can do, this video is especially made for those with 100+ employees, there is always so much going on but if you don’t foster a deeper relationship with a top new employee, more than just a work one, you are missing out on so much opportunity to build depth and retention and upside for the humans involved and the businesses involved ..
