The beauty of my work is that in any given week, I get to lead a 10-yr old kid who is just finding his voice to a 70-yr old executive who is fine tuning hers. The desire for growth and development is universal. The need to feel seen and heard as our authentic selves is ubiquitous. The quest to be better tomorrow than we are today is omnipresent.
