A DPS trooper says Harmon T-boned his patrol vehicle and he had to crawl out the window to pursue Harmon on foot. 🍼: 24-year-old Leah Stewart is facing a felony charge for allegedly dropping a three-month-old baby, who suffered a skull fracture.
