@Chicago White Sox baseball is back and to celebrate opening day I've made a pizza dedicated to the south siders. No food reminds of a Sox game more than a classic Maxwell Street Polish. My pizza version starts out with a layer of shredded mozzarella is topped with grilled onions, sliced @viennabeef polish sausage, sport peppers, a touch more mozzarella, and poppy seeds. After a quick bake in my @Gozney Arc XL, the pizza is given the tradional Chicago party cut and finished with a swirl of yellow mustard as an homage to the inconic White Sox scoreboard pinweels and honestly cue to fireworks this pizza is outta here...an absolute no doubter 🎆🎆🎆 A new season brings new hope for the rebuilding Sox, who made a huge splash this offseason bringing in Japenese star slugger @ys_munetaka55 paired with young and upcoming studs like Kyle Teel , Colson Montgomery, and Shane Smith ook like they can change their recent fortunes. So here's to hoping for a fun season at Rate field full of fire...
