Just after 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Company 5 was dispatched as part of the 2nd alarm assignment assisting Company 9 (Citizens Hook & Ladder) with a dwelling fire in the 200 block of Thomas Hill Road in Boggs Township. The crew of Engine 5-1 assisted with overhaul of the involved structure while Tanker 5-2 operated in the tanker shuttle. Engine 5-1 and Tanker 5-2 responded with 8 personnel and operated for just under an hour. Video shows crews conducting overhaul operations on the second floor.
