The world of KAWS is bigger than you think… 👨‍🚀 🚀💫 KAWS first explored space in his work in 2013, when MTV invited him to reimagine the legendary “Moonman” Video Music Awards trophy. The idea for the iconic stainless-steel figure SPACE came to life during the pandemic. In 2020, KAWS collaborated with Hong Kong’s AllRightsReserved Ltd. to organize an out-of-this-world experience: he put his beloved figure COMPANION in a gold astronaut suit and launched it into the Earth’s stratosphere.
