TAKA Michinoku was involved in a car accident in Japan that left him bloodied and requiring an ambulance, the former WWE Light Heavyweight Champion posted on X. ​ TAKA said after his match, he couldn’t find his wallet, then couldn’t find his house keys. When he finally found everything and tried to head home, another car crashed into him. ​ “The airbag deployed but I took a hard hit to the face and was bleeding, so an ambulance was called. My car can no longer drive. What am I going to do for transportation starting tomorrow.” ​ In a follow-up post, TAKA revealed he suffered a concussion but still wrestled the next day: “If I take a second impact with the same force right away, the mortality rate jumps by 50-70%. A blow to the head can be fatal.
