It can mean any kind of variation of the show. Each of the different Beggar Boys doing Stranger in Moscow who have different cues would be considered a show version. Anytime we have an element cut it is a "No 'That Element'" show version, etc. i.e. No Pod 4 Version. For some things, it is easier to swap out the script pages for an alternate version. Other times, it's easier to just cover certain cues with Post-It Notes.
