🤯 SO MANY VOICES IN OUR HEADS! When our dance coach learned a deck track, it was fascinating to see her recognize just how crazy it is to do our jobs with so many people talking in our ear at the same time. I think it's one of those things that you get so used to that you forget how intense it is and how much effort it takes to filter out what you don't need to focus on so you can put your energy into what actually needs your attention in each moment.
