Today (10 April) marks the birthday of Canadian-American actress and entrepreneur Shay Mitchell. Mitchell is known widely for her role as Emily Fields in the beloved mystery thriller drama ‘Pretty Little Liars’ which ran from 2010-2017. In the first season of the show, Emily Fields comes out as a lesbian to her friends and her family. Throughout the series Fields navigates several queer relationships.
