When I was teaching my helium balloon class last month at havin_a_party , someone asked me what my favorite balloon color is—and my answer was mustard. Yes, I know… an unexpected choice, but it’s such an underrated balloon color and adds so much depth to a palette. My goal for the class was to showcase as many balloon colors as possible, but I didn’t get through nearly as many as I had planned.
