TRUFFLE SHUFFLE!!! Fav way to repurpose your leftover Passover cakes (or my macaroon brownies!!) is to turn them into choc-covered truffles!!! Just throw your leftovers in a mixer with the paddle attachment and enough cream cheese to get a scoopable consistency (8-12 oz but less if there’s some type of frosting in the mix!). Melt 9 oz dark chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil then dip and chill until set. Then drizzle on any leftover chocolate and finish with a sprinkle of flaky salt!!!
