For the past couple of weeks, a lot of people have asked me what it’s been like transitioning out of the CEO role of Collective Influence… The truth is not much has changed in my day-to-day. But everything has become more focused. More focused on what matters most to me right now… Impact Others. This next season is about leaning in deeper, not stepping back. And I’m excited about what’s ahead. Over the coming months, I’ll be traveling to cities across the country, sitting down with our donors, sharing meals, and talking about some really meaningful things we’re building through Impact Others.
