As cute as it sounds to have the anniversary of your first date be on Valentine’s Day, going out for a first date on February the 14th is a sure fire way to add unnecessary amounts of pressure on yourself, your date, and the overall expectations that you two may have of the outcome of this date and potential relationship. Take the stress off of yourself (and save yourself the headache of trying to find a reservation) and wait a day, or two, to have your first date after Valentine’s Day.
