I used to think squats were just for building a nice body. You know… toned legs, round glutes, all that. But I didn’t know they would start fixing things I couldn’t see. The hep build strong legs n increase bone density. The days I felt tired… I still showed up. The days my mind was so focused… I still squatted. Not perfectly. Not powerfully. Just honestly. And somehow, those small moments started adding up. Squats strengthened my legs, yes… but they also strengthened my discipline. They fixed my posture and slowly, they fixed how I carried myself in life. Because there’s something about standing up with weight on your shoulders that changes you. You learn to breathe through discomfort. You learn to stay calm under pressure. You learn that shaking doesn’t mean weakness… it means you’re trying.
