What are the best kinds of events for people who are more shy or introverted? I like to call myself an ambivert because while I am rather introverted a lot of the time, I also feel that being around people, especially the ones I love, is a great way to fill my cup. 🤲🏽 BUT! Y’all, even as an ambivert I don’t love being in large crowds of people, nor do I love when people are standing too close to me 😂 and so if you’re like me, my suggestion is to attend smaller, more intimate focused events that have 20-40 people in attendance. This is the range of people we tend to have at our singles events, and over the past 5 almost 6 years, we’ve found that having less than 50 people at an event has allowed for folks to create more meaningful, and intentional connections with one another—which is exactly what Fern Connections is about. 💚 People often think that when it comes to singles events that more is always better, but that’s not really the case.
