I have always been an exercise person, started quite early in life , I was influenced by my Dad, he played lawn tennis daily to keep fit. I started aerobics at home, Jillian Micheal’s videos was my go to everyday workout .
I started heavy lifting in my 40’s.
I started when my body needed it most.
Stress, sleepless nights, and a demanding 9–5 changed my body, from2020-2021.
By 2023, my weight climbed to 91kg not from laziness, but from cortisol and burnout.
When I chose rest, better sleep, and intentional training, everything shifted.
Heavy lifting.
Macro tracking.
Consistency.
I dropped to 76kg, I started building muscles seriously again from last year and I’m currently between 78/79kg and I have built over 65% lean muscle now.
If you think it’s too late to start…
this is your sign.
