I train my upper body because life often asks us to carry more than we think we can. 💪 Every press, pull, and lift teaches me something beyond the gym. It teaches patience when progress feels slow, discipline when motivation fades, and resilience when life gets heavy. Strong arms aren’t just about looking a certain way they’re about being able to handle life with confidence, whether it’s lifting groceries, holding someone’s hand, or simply holding yourself up when things feel hard. There’s a quiet power in showing up for yourself day after day, in trusting that each small effort adds up. Some days, 5kg feels impossible and that’s okay.
