Legs aren’t just for walking or wearing cute shoes, they’re the unsung heroes of our body. Strong legs mean better balance, steadier knees, less chance of injuries, and the kind of energy that lets you chase after life without saying, ‘Ouch, my back!’ or ‘I can’t bend down.’
Every squat, lunge, and deadlift is like a tiny investment in my future self. The glutes? They’re not just for looks, they protect the lower back, stabilize the hips, and make sure I can get up from a chair without thinking twice.
