WEDNESDAY RELOAD: SHAPE, CONTROL & COMMON SENSE
Wednesday reload isn’t about lifting more.
It’s about lifting better.
Same exercises.
Same order.
Different intention.
Today was slow reps, shorter rest, and muscles doing the talking because when you control the weight, the weight stops controlling you 😌
Why Wednesday reload matters:
• It restores muscle fullness after deload
• It improves balance, control, and mind–muscle connection
• It keeps joints happy while muscles still work hard
At this age, I don’t rush reps.
I let them teach me something.
And no this wasn’t “light”.
It burned, it shook, and it reminded me that tempo is a weapon.
Wednesday reload work:
• Glute-biased leg press (slow tempo, shape focus)
• Bulgarian split squats
• B-stance hip thrusts
• RDL / hinge work
• Hamstring curl
This is how strength stays honest.
Quiet work. Clean reps. Long-term results.
