Glute-biased squats I load the hips, not the knees. Strong glutes support the spine, improve posture, and keep my lower body powerful and pain-free. B-stance hip thrusts Unilateral work exposes imbalances, strengthens pelvic stability, and builds strong, rounded glutes without joint stress. This is anti-aging strength. Bulgarian split squats (slow eccentrics) Control over speed. Slow lowering builds muscle, strengthens tendons, improves balance, and keeps my joints resilient. Kickbacks Not fluff, precision.
