Strong glutes protect the lower back, stabilize the pelvis, and keep everyday movements effortless. Good mornings Hip hinge mastery. They strengthen the posterior chain, support the spine, and teach proper bending mechanics essential for long-term back health. Step-ups Real-life strength. They build unilateral power, improve balance, and prepare the body for stairs, lifts, and daily movement. Step-downs Control over ego. They strengthen knees, improve joint stability, and train deceleration,one of the most important skills as we age. Hip abductions Pelvic stability work.
