I train when I’m tired.
I train when I’m sore.
I train when no one is watching, because discipline doesn’t need witnesses.
My workouts are like meditation,
quiet, precise, controlled.
Each hold teaches me patience.
Each twist reminds me of my strength.
Each rep rewires my mind to push through resistance not just in training, but in life.
Strength at 50 isn’t an accident.
It’s the result of years of showing up, through pain, fatigue, and doubt.
I don’t lift for validation.
I lift for preservation, for posture, protection, and purpose.
Because when I say I’m aging powerfully, I mean I’m training to stay capable, confident, and calm in a world that expects women my age to slow down.
Leg muscle is the biggest, so that’s when I lift the heaviest in order to stretch them and create mechanical tension which results to muscle growth. Building muscles, increasing my bone density is my top priority. So I push myself everyday to hit my target. God has been my helper and my strength.
