LEG DAY…THE FOUNDATION OF STRENGTH, STABILITY, AND SELF-MASTERY
At 50 years old, leg day is no longer just a workout.
It’s a declaration that I will not let time, fear, or fatigue weaken what I’ve built.
Every rep is a reminder that I’m not training for the weekend .
I’m training for the rest of my life.
When I load that barbell, it’s not about showing off strength.
It’s about honoring this body that has carried me through decades of growth, progress, challenges and triumph.
Leg day humbles you. It exposes every weakness, every doubt, every hesitation.
But it also rebuilds you, strong, balanced, and grounded.
I don’t chase perfection.
I chase power, stability, and control because those things last longer than motivation ever will.
If you skip leg day, you skip your foundation.
If you avoid heavy weights, you avoid your potential.
Strength doesn’t come from comfort.
It comes from consistency.
