🌟 𝗜 𝗔𝗺 𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡: 𝗔 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🌟honouring Jean Augustine This year has been one of profound loss, growth, and reflection. After losing my grandmother and my mother back-to-back over a year, returning to Toronto to receive the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women award felt bittersweet. I arrived in Canada by myself as a young Cameroonian teenager, eventually bringing all my siblings here with me. Today, I stand here, shaped by my adversities, my faith, and the incredible women who raised me—NEN and EDIMO.
